Shipping Policy

All orders are processed, verified, and shipped within 2-5 business days or sooner.

To ensure your package is delivered promptly within the advertised time frame, please ensure your address is complete and accurate. Use correct abbreviations and proper spacing. If there are issues verifying your address, our customer service team will contact you to resolve them. If we are unable to reach you after several attempts, your order will be canceled and your payment refunded.

If you realize that you entered your shipping address incorrectly, please contact us as soon as possible. For orders placed over the weekend, please call us first thing Monday morning. We will do our best to update the address, but if we are unable to, we are not responsible for incorrect information.

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from So iLLicit, you will be responsible for the original shipping charges plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.

If your tracking information indicates that your package was delivered but you have not received it, you must contact the United States Postal Service directly. So iLLicit is not responsible for packages that are marked as delivered.

We are NOT responsible for orders lost in the mail, incorrectly supplied addresses, or unclaimed/refused packages. You can track your package using the tracking number provided in your shipment confirmation email.
