PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU HAVE ONLY 3 DAYS TO RETURN AN ITEM AFTER IT'S BEEN DELIVERED!

CAREFULLY REVIEW OUR ITEM DESCRIPTIONS, AS SOME ITEMS DO NOT HAVE STRETCH. 

All items undergo thorough inspection before leaving our warehouse to ensure no damaged products are sent. 

If there is an issue with your product or order, please email us FIRST. Do NOT return or send any merchandise to our warehouse without first speaking to our team and receiving certified confirmation. So iLLicit will not be responsible for any lost or stolen packages sent without prior acknowledgment. Once approved by our team, we will provide a return address or label. Any packages returned without notice or approval will be refused. Customers are responsible for any and all return shipping costs outside of our acknowledgment.

All items that are returned must be in original packaging and have tags on them.  All returned items will go through an inspection before a refund is issued. Items can not show any weariness in them. If you wore an item, you CAN NOT return it. If it has markings on them, stains or damaged we will not except the return.  If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us. Exchange will be for the item you bought if in stock. If not in stock you can exchange for likeness in item; color or price. Please email us first! info@soillicit.com
